CLO 1:

“Acknowledge your and others’ range of linguistic differences as resources, and draw on those resources to develop rhetorical sensibility”

As a group, it is each person’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with what their group mates excel in and in what they lack. It is also your responsibility to attentively listen when a certain resource is being explained. A perfect example of this was shown when my group and I worked on our project proposal but we couldn’t think of a proper and original idea to deal with natural disasters. Then I quickly drew a sketch, in which I detailed out an idea that in short, shoots flares to alert emergency responders of natural disasters. My groupmate, Chengsui, then used his prior knowledge of the circuitry and radio system to propose an even more effective idea adding on to that. Our group was able to successfully full our strengths together and come up with a proper proposal

The picture on the top is from the sketch of the proposal, the first is my independent idea, and the bottom is an improvement based on my group mates own resources.
